资源简介：
Abundance_different cats.csv: read-based ARG coverage depth table for different ARG categories. ARGs were annotated by RGI bwt (v6.0.0) to align metagenomic reads against CARD’s canonical reference (v3.2.7) and CARD’s Resistomes & Variants database (v4.0.1) under protein homolog model using default settings. Note the unit is 'coverage depth'. Should normalize to the metagenome size to get 'coverage depth per Gb'.
contig_ARG_all_taxa.csv: assembly-based ARG annotations.
geochip_args_*: ARG table based on GeoChip, a functional gene array.
summary of environmental data2009-2020, env_all552samples: metadata for the 136 or all 552 soil samples.
strain_genomes/: assembled genomes for the 213 strains isolated from control or warmed soils of 2020.
