Retinal transcripts level alteration in the prCAD -/- mouse, a model for retinal degeneration. Mus musculus

This experiment was designed to identify transcripts that exhibit changes in abundance in the context of retinal degeneration by comparing transcript levels in adult wild type and prCAD -/- mouse retinas. Keywords: genetic mutant analysis Overall design: Retinas were dissected from ~4 weeks old mice. Retinas from 3 prCAD knockout mice or wild type 129 mice were pooled for each sample and 3 replicate of wild type and mutant samples were analysed.
