OIL PALM FRUIT THRESHING MACHINE

The present invention relates to an oil palm threshing machine， for threshing before sterilisation， which provides impurity-free oil palm fruit and prevents the acidification of the oil. The threshing machine comprises a fruit-receiving hopper (1) that supplies at least one Redler chain conveyor (2) of a desander， which conveyor elevates the fruit such that， by impaction， they are cleaned by a desander-separator (3)， which， through its bottom part， conveys the impurities and detached fruit to a rotary foreign-body sorter (4) that sorts the fruit for their reintroduction into the process by means of a bucket elevator (5). The desander-separator (3) also comprises an outlet that communicates with a Redler chain conveyor (6) of a thresher， the conveyor comprising a separator of the fruit added by means of the bucket elevator for the partial passage thereof through a rotary fruit sorter (8)， the bunches being conveyed to the thresher (7) by means of the separator to finally be separated by the rotary fruit sorter (8). The invention eliminates the rachis of the fruit， reducing the costs and space required for the assembly of palm oil extraction plants， and reduces the volume of fruit to be processed and the amount of impurities， improving palm oil extraction potential and quality， thereby helping to optimise energy use for subsequent processes such as sterilisation.
