This dataset contains the comprehensive numerical simulation models developed in DesignBuilder (v7.0) to evaluate the thermal performance of a residential common area integrated with Phase Change Materials (PCM). The uploaded ZIP archive includes: Baseline Models: Standard envelope and pure Paraffin PCM cases. Enhanced Hybrid Models: Configurations for Aluminum and Copper fins (1mm thickness). NePCM Variants: Simulation cases for Al₂O₃, CuO, and Silica Aerogel nanoparticles at various volume concentrations. Key Technical Parameters: Internal Gains: Occupancy (0.0196 people/m²), Lighting (2.50 W/m²-100 lux), and Equipment (2.16 W/m²). HVAC: Ideal Loads system with Cooling Setpoint at 25°C and Heating at 18°C. Infiltration: Constant rate of 0.50 ac/h.
