This dataset contains the comprehensive numerical simulation models developed in DesignBuilder (v7.0) to evaluate the thermal performance of a residential common area integrated with Phase Change Materials (PCM).
The uploaded ZIP archive includes:
Baseline Models: Standard envelope and pure Paraffin PCM cases.
Enhanced Hybrid Models: Configurations for Aluminum and Copper fins (1mm thickness).
