本数据集合以高血压为核心,构建了一个深度融合“疾病机制-临床诊疗-药物研发-智能应用”的多维度、结构化知识图谱。内容涵盖从病理生理、风险分层、诊断标准、多靶点药物治疗(包括传统药物、新型药物及在研靶点)与协同策略,到并发症管理、特殊人群处理、患者教育及随访管理等全周期临床知识;同时,它系统梳理了支撑精准研发与智能诊疗所需的各类数据(如基因组、影像、穿戴设备数据等),并直接将医学知识映射为具体的智能体功能模块(如辅助诊断、治疗推荐、风险预测)。该集合旨在服务于高血压的精准防治、新药研发靶点发现,以及临床决策支持系统与智能诊疗助手的开发与优化。
This dataset, centered on hypertension, constructs a multi-dimensional and structured knowledge graph that deeply integrates four core domains: disease mechanism, clinical diagnosis and treatment, drug development, and intelligent application. It covers full-cycle clinical knowledge spanning from pathophysiology, risk stratification, diagnostic criteria, multi-target drug therapy (including traditional drugs, novel drugs and investigational targets) and synergistic strategies, to complication management, management of special populations, patient education and follow-up management. Meanwhile, it systematically compiles various data required to support precision R&D and intelligent diagnosis and treatment (such as genomics, imaging data, wearable device data, etc.), and directly maps medical knowledge into specific AI Agent functional modules, such as auxiliary diagnosis, treatment recommendation and risk prediction. This dataset is designed to serve the precise prevention and treatment of hypertension, target discovery for new drug development, as well as the development and optimization of clinical decision support systems and intelligent diagnosis and treatment assistants.
