本数据集针对示范线技术路线，对硫酸镉、硫脲、氨水、低温银浆、二极管、电池用绝缘条、丁基密封胶带、柔性封装前板、封装胶膜、柔性背板等原材料进行了测试与分析。在示范线柔性铜铟镓硒（CIGS）太阳能电池和组件的开发与制造过程中需要使用到多种原材料，包括柔性衬底、蒸发镀膜材料、溅射靶材、化学品以及封装材料等，这些原材料的成分、纯度和规格等指标对电池的最终性能具有根本性的影响。本数据集记录了上述原材料的选型与测试结果信息。This dataset conducts tests and analyses on raw materials including cadmium sulfate, thiourea, ammonia water, low-temperature silver paste, diodes, insulating strips for batteries, butyl sealing tapes, flexible encapsulation front sheets, encapsulation adhesive films and flexible backsheets targeting the technical route of the demonstration line. Multiple types of raw materials, such as flexible substrates, evaporation coating materials, sputtering targets, chemicals and encapsulation materials, are required during the development and manufacturing process of flexible copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) solar cells and modules on the demonstration line. Indicators including composition, purity and specifications of these raw materials exert a fundamental impact on the final performance of the solar cells. This dataset records the material selection and test result information of the aforementioned raw materials.
