The aim of this study was to perform biological characterization and genotyping on the basis of different loci of clinical isolates isolated from different biotopes of patients from two multidisciplinary medical organizations. The identification of isolates was performed in accordance with their morphological, tinctorial, cultural, and biochemical properties using bioMerieux API systems (France) and confirmed by mass spectrometric analysis on an ultraflExtreme instrument (Bruker Daltonics, Germany). Resistance to antimicrobial drugs, bacteriophages, and biofilm formation capacity were studied.
