Our objective was to compare transcriptional program set up in PDCA-1pos and PDCA-1neg Ctrl B cells to better characterize these two subsets of splenic B cells. To analyse PDCA-1pos and PDCA-1neg B cell transcriptoms, we recovered spleen from B6 mice, magnetically isolated PDCA-1pos and PDCA-1neg B cells and extracted mRNA to performed Bulk RNA-sequencing on these samples with illumina technology.
