BME/CTVM6 cells were seeded in 12cm2 flask non-vented at the density of 3x10^6 cells per flask. Cells were infected with SFTSV HB29 strains at MOI of 1 PFU/cell, and at 3 and 6 days post infection total RNAs were collected using TRizol manufacturer protocol. rRNA libraries from biological triplicate were sequenced using Illumina Novaseq 2x150 bp technology.
