The state-of-the-art X-ray observatories XMM-Newton Chandra} and Swift havebeen actively collecting soft X-ray imaging data for more than a decade. We arelaunching a Live Search for x-ray Treasures (LiST) project aiming to search forobjects of important science value serendipitously detected by theseobservatories as soon as new data become public. We request a 24 ks XMM-NewtonToO observation to a very important X-ray object such as tidal disruptionevents and off-nuclear hyperluminous X-ray sources that we might discoverduring XMM-Newton AO20 from our LiST project in order to constrain theirlong-term variability and understand their nature.
