BonAppetit Metadata Recipes

This dataset contains a limited sample of recipe metadata extracted from Bon Appétit magazine (Condé Nast), strictly for the academic purpose of a Data Science Master’s project at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). Legal Notice and Data Usage Protected Source: The original data is sourced from a paid subscription resource. The publication of this limited sample adheres to the provisions of Spanish intellectual property laws regarding academic use and non-commercial research illustration. Mandatory Non-Commercial Use: This dataset must not be used for commercial purposes or for creating competing databases. Any subsequent reuse must clearly cite the original source (Bon Appétit / Condé Nast). Extraction Methodology: The extraction methodology and the underlying scraper code have been kept private and are not published in this repository.
