These are the data on small mammals, acorns, and weather analyzed in the paper, Climate warming, acorn masting, and the dynamics of rodent populations: Comparing long-term studies for the Journal of Animal Ecology
Data collection began for most variables in the early 1990s and continue through 2025. Data were collected on the property of the Cary Institute of Ecosystem studies by field teams of researchers.
