资源简介:
In today's digital era, industries confront the intricate task of proficiently monitoring and regulating Work-In-Process inventory. Given the rapid technological advancements and the escalating demand for instantaneous data access and connectivity, addressing this issue is paramount. This study aims to capitalize on the potential of the Internet of Things to mitigate these challenges. The research investigates methods that employ Internet of Things to augment the surveillance and oversight of Work-In-Process within the manufacturing process. Through the integration of sensors on the production line, it becomes feasible not only to track products seamlessly but also to monitor the performance and efficacy of machinery. This immediate access to data serves as a mechanism to detect discrepancies in Work In-Process quantities, be it excessive or insufficient. The real-time information procured from the Internet of Things acts as a deterrent against potential production setbacks or delays, playing an instrumental role in maintaining product quality and cost efficiency. Furthermore, bi-directional real-time communication, facilitated by platforms such as LINE and Google Sheet, offers enhanced efficiency, enabling expedited responses to machinery data and refining decision-making processes. Data harvested from Internet of Things can be analyzed to identify production patterns, thus assisting in informed decision-making and streamlining manufacturing processes. In summation, this research provides an exhaustive exploration into the pivotal role of IoT in revolutionizing WIP management within the manufacturing domain.
