Datasets for the resistance analysis before (2016) and after (2020) SMC in the North region of Cameroon.

We have 01 document which contains images of gel electrophoresis of samples after digestion. 02 excel files in which we have data for resistance genotypes of 02 malaria resistance genes (Pf Dhps: Plasmodium falciparum dihydroptéroate synthetase and Pf DHFR: Plasmodium falciparum Dihydrofolate reductase. The genotypes are either mutant, wildtype, or mixed genotypes.
