We assessed the change in hepatic transciptional pattern after treatment with SGLT-2 inhibitors canagliflozin in a mice model of diet-induced obesity. Diet induced obesity C57Bl/6J were treated with canagliflozin (30mg/kg) for 4 weeks and the effects on hepatic transcription were compared with HFD control and weight-matched control by caloric restriction.
