RNA seq in wild type and nexmifa knockdown zebrafish

In this study, we showed that nexmifa could take part in regulating axon morphogenesis of motor neurons in zebrafish in vivo. In order to identify mechanisms where nexmifa may have affected motor neuron morphogenesis, we performed RNA sequencing using RNA samples from wild type and nexmifa-depleted zebrafish embryos at 72 hpf.
