Gene expression profiling of 4T1 cells isolated from primary tumour or from spontaneous metastases sites

Differential gene expression in 4T1 mouse mammary tumour cells isolated from primary tumour or metastatic sites. Balb/c mice were inoculated orthotopically with 4T1 mouse mammary tumour cells. The 4T1 subclones were isolated from primary tumours, brains and lungs and cultured for 3-4 passages and subjected to gene expression profiling using Illumina platform.
