Data and code for "Endpoint-specific gas-composition effects on gas-bubble trauma emerge at intermediate hydrostatic residual pressure"

This archive supports a factorial total-dissolved-gas supersaturation experiment involving 608 juvenile grass carp and bighead carp in 76 flow-through tanks. It contains de-identified fish-level endpoint records, complete tank monitoring and inspection records, tank-level exposure data, water-quality measurements, endpoint interval and risk-set data, cross-validation outputs, bootstrap and sensitivity-analysis outputs, figure-source data, supplementary tables, and executable validation, descriptive-summary, sensitivity-analysis and figure-source scripts. The primary exposure–response analyses used 576 exposed fish in 72 tanks. Version 1.0.0 corresponds to the frozen analysis reported in the associated manuscript.
