We sequenced Ectopleura crocea actinula larvae at the 6 developmental stages (star embryo, preactinula, actinula (pre-competent), settling (competent), settled, and metamorphosed juvenile polyps). The goal of this work is to investigate the gene expression of sensory genes through larval development and metamorphosis.
