This deposit contains the complete 222-record dataset and the feature definitions for the manuscript "Physics-informed grey-box prediction of single-pass pollutant removal in electrochemical flow-through reactors" (DES-D-26-02679, Desalination). The single file has three worksheets. "data" holds 222 single-pass experimental records compiled from 40 peer-reviewed studies covering 29 target pollutants. "feature_dictionary" gives, for every column, its unit, definition, provenance label, missing rate and feature-set membership. "route_contract" gives the feature set, target, model and published metrics of each of the six modelling routes. Note on grouping: study-level analyses must group by paper_title_full (40 unique values), not by ref_short, which is not unique per publication and gives 56 groups. Note on provenance: pore size is a representative value assigned from the electrode material platform in all 222 records, not a value reported in any source study; tortuosity was unavailable throughout, so the effective diffusivity uses D0 x porosity^1.5.
