Preprocessed LFP data. The details are found in "Layers of the monkey visual cortex are selectively modulated during electrical stimulation", Lee et al., PLOS Biology, 2025 ERP_epochs_M1 and ERP_epochs_M2 contain epoched local field potentials (LFPs) time-locked to visual stimuli from monkey 1 and monkey 2, respectively (corresponding to Fig. 2 in the paper). Phase_bin_M1 and Phase_bin_M2 contain data used to assess the phase dependency of positive and negative peaks of the visual-evoked potentials in monkey 1 and monkey 2, respectively. The datasets represent peak amplitudes extracted from each phase bin of the applied alternating current stimulation. (corresponding to Fig. 3 in the paper). Biophysics_M1 and Biophysics_M2 contain voltage and electric field data across the recording contacts in monkey 1 and monkey 2, respectively (corresponding to Fig. 4 in the paper). The uploaded code is used to analyze each dataset.
