This archive contains the database underlying the analysis presented in the manuscript: 'Differential temperature effects on photoperiodism in female voles: A possible explanation for declines in vole populations'. Accepted for publication in 'Molecular Ecology'.The database includes census data (CENSUS), experimental information, physiological measurements and qPCR results (DATAMATRIX) for anterior and posterior hypothalamic areas for all animals used in this experiment.
