In Tokamak, if low hybrid wave and ion cyclotron wave are used for heating at the same time, high-energy electrons generated by low hybrid wave will affect the RF sheath induced by ion cyclotron wave through magnetic linkage, resulting in enhanced impurity sputtering. To solve this problem, a one-dimensional collisionless RF sheath program containing high-energy electrons is developed. Based on the RF sheath model established by Edelberg and Aydil in 1999, the program adds high-energy electronic components, and is compiled by Compaq Visual Fortran. The structure of RF sheath containing high-energy electronic components changes with time and space. On this basis, the ion energy hitting the material can be calculated (also applicable to multi-component ions), The impurity sputtering is thus calculated.
