Structural characterization of the lipid exchange between lipidic cubic phase nanoparticles and lipid monolayers using neutron reflectometry

This study shows the interactions of (PT)-based cubosomes with a single leaflet of bilayer membrane represented by the phospholipid monolayer at the air–water interface. The lipid exchange taking place at the air–water interface between PT-based cubosomes and the model DPPC and DMPS phospholipid membranes was shown using neutron reflectometry combined with Langmuir experiments and Brewster angle microscopy imagining.The dataset contains files (text, csv and tiff files) showing the experimental results included in the publication.
