We provide here the results related to the article "Towards global validation of wind powersimulations: A multi-country assessment of wind power simulation from MERRA-2 andERA-5 reanalyses bias-corrected with the Global Wind Atlas" Preprint: https://arxiv.org/abs/2012.05648 Code: https://github.com/KatharinaGruber/windpower_GWA The results include - simulated wind power generation time series with two reanalysis datasets (MERRA-2, ERA5) without and with bias correction with the Global Wind Atlas (GWA2 and GWA3) per windpark, only in the USA per state - bias correction factor maps for different combinations of datasets (cf_*.nc) - statistical parameters for evaluation of simulated time series (stats_*.csv) The results are provided for each of the four analysed regions: Brazil, New Zealand, South Africa and USA
