资源简介:
Supplemental data 1. Supplemental information (text) 2. Supplemental videos of a newly observed extension wave as well as the well-known pulse wave in the artery wall. Pulse wave propagation from the heart (left) to the head (right) sides in videos. Actual inter-frame duration is 1 ms. Video1-1: pulse wave at a playback speed of 30 frames/second. Video1-2: pulse wave at a playback speed of 3 frames/second. Video2-1: extension wave at a playback speed of 30 frames/second. Video2-2: extension wave at a playback speed of 3 frames/second. 3. UI for finite-element simulations. Users can download and easily input key parameters to reproduce or simulate natural wave propagation. Computational time for an isotropic case is about 16 hours in a standard desktop PC. And anisotropic cases will take even more time. You are welcome to give us feedback on new functions of this UI. The source code (.m file) is included for test in 'COMSOL Multiphysics with MATLAB' software. Please note that the auto-saved source code contains all log information, which reduces its readability. 4. MATLAB code ('TheoreticalCalculation.m') for theoretical calculation of natural wave speeds.
