<br>Persons living with HIV (PLWH) who are engaged in care, yet not virally suppressed, represent a risk for transmission and opportunity for risk reduction interventions. This study is an analysis of the associations of viral suppression status in an outpatient clinic cohort of PLWH with patient demographics and sexual and drug use behaviors. Information was collected through questionnaire and medical chart review. It is a secondary analysis of data gathered originally to examine associations with MRSA colonization among PLWH.<br>
