Summerland Key, Florida, Aug. 2020, stable isotope data

Stable isotope data was collected from various relevant fish species and primary producers from coral reefs of various depths and seagrass beds in Summerland Key, Florida. The calculated stable isotope values were used to assess the trophic levels of lionfish at different sample locations. It was also used to assess for ontogenic shifts in lionfish and primary contributors to lionfish diet based on sample location type. These data files contain sample types, masses, tissue sample mass, and measured carbon and nitrogen isotope values and ratios.
