Gossypium hirsutum Raw sequence reads

This project investigates microRNA (miRNA) expression profiles in cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) under salt stress (75mM and 150 mM NaCl). Small RNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed miRNAs and their potential regulatory roles in salt tolerance by comparing the salt-tolerant genotype TM-1 and the salt-sensitive genotype 204. The dataset provides insight into miRNA-mediated regulatory mechanisms associated with stress adaptation, ion homeostasis, and gene expression modulation in cotton.
