资源简介:
Gastric cancer (GC), a prevalent global malignancy, is often diagnosed in advanced stages due to subtle early symptoms and low screening rates, hence it is urgent to explore innovative strategies for treating GC. Extracellular vesicles, derived from diverse sources, serve as natural nanocarriers which contain multiple bioactive constituents could be used to treat kinds of diseases. In this study, we successfully isolated exosome-like nanoparticles (ELNs) from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (Danshen) via ultracentrifugation. The internalization of Danshen ELNs by human GC cells (HGC-27) negatively regulates their viability. Furthermore, through a series of experiments encompassing CCK-8 array, colony formation, flow cytometry, transwell and wound healing assays, it indicated that Danshen-derived ELNs have inhibitory effects on GC progression in vitro. Additionally, the miRNAs of Danshen-derived ELNs were identified by miRNA sequencing, and the functional analyses suggested these enriched miRNAs might have potentials against GC.
