ChIP-chip of Spo14 and Mvp1. Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Genome-wide localization of two new RNA pol II interacting proteins. We use C-LYTAG to map binding sites of Spo14 and Mvp1 along the S. cerevisiae genome.
