To investigate the effect of reducing BMP signaling via Mad knockdown in Drosophila body wall muscles. Performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 experimental groups (MadRNAi vs mCherryRNAi), with 3 samples each. Each sample contains the transcriptome of 6-10 Drosophila larval muscle enriched lysates.
