The Chinese 1-kilometer monthly composite land surface temperature product (Aqua satellite) is derived from the MYDLT1D product via compositing calculations by taking the monthly average. The MYDLT1D product, namely the Chinese 1-kilometer Day and Night Land Surface Temperature daily product, is processed from MYD11A1 through processes including mosaicking, clipping, and projection transformation. The daily dataset contains four types of products: daytime land surface temperature, nighttime land surface temperature, daytime surface reflectance, and nighttime surface reflectance. The data scale factor is 0.02, with the unit of Kelvin. Users can convert the data to Celsius temperature using the formula: 0.02 * value - 273.15 according to their usage needs.
