Our results revealed that a regular concentration of Millipore antibodies (M572 and M1006) worked well starting from the regular quantity of RNA, while a relatively low concentration of cell signaling technology (CST) antibody was suitable for relatively low-input RNA from the liver or brain. In addition, five anti m6A antibodies enriched m6A genes more effectively in mouse than in human fetal tissues. Generally, we provided an important guideline for antibody selection for different tissues as well as various starting RNA amounts.
