To investigate the downstream genes of VaWRKY12 during cold stress response in grapevine, RNA-Seq was carried out on three biological replicates of EV (4EV-1, 4EV-2 and 4EV-3) and 3 transgenic callus lines (4#OE-1, 4#OE2 and 4#OE3) undercold treatment conditions Overall design: Examination of gene expression changes after overexpression of VaWRKY12 in grapevine under cold treatment and identification of VaWRKY12 downstream genes.
