Comparative profiling of microRNAs in blood serum and small extracellular vesicles of colorectal cancer patients

The study aimed to compare the expression profiles of microRNAs between serum-derived small extracellular vesicles and blood serum samples to compare the suitability of these two biological materials for the identification of novel biomarkers enabling early diagnosis of colorectal cancer and to describe the microRNAs selectively enriched in small extracellular vesicles.
