Single-cell and bulk RNA-sequencing of nivolumab-treated glioblastoma

Glioblastoma is a highly aggressive type of brain tumour for which there is no curative treatment available. Immunotherapies have shown limited responses in unselected glioblastoma patients, and it is currently not well understood what separates the few responders from the non-responders at the cellular and molecular level.
