The use of polarization OCT to detect changes in the polarization state of backscattered light in samples can eliminate multiple reflection artifacts in laser welding detection and improve detection accuracy. The high-resolution laser welding detection technology based on polarization OCT adopts a light source with a wider spectral bandwidth combined with an optimized spectrometer design, which improves the longitudinal resolution of the system while reducing the attenuation of system sensitivity with depth. Analyzed the relevant parameters that affect the performance of the polarization OCT system spectrometer, optimized the design of the spectrometer, and optimized the CCD image plane dispersion spot using a deformed Huygens eyepiece structure focusing lens group, achieving a high-resolution, low magnification chromatic aberration spectrometer design.
