本数据库面向热电联产企业，构建了以实测数据为核心的标准化碳排放核算与报告体系。以南平三元热力公司为应用对象，数据库以通过环保验收的CEMS烟气在线监测系统为核心数据源，实时采集烟气流量、CO₂浓度等参数，并同步集成了燃煤、生物质等燃料的入场磅单、化验室热值分析报告及发电/供热计量数据。依据国家最新的温室气体核算指南，通过SCADA系统实现数据自动采集、关联与核算，生成标准化的月度碳排放报告，内容涵盖排放总量、度电碳排放强度及不同燃料的排放贡献分析。为确保结果的公信力与合规性，所有核算过程、数据来源与输出报告均经过权威第三方机构的定期核查，并形成核查记录存档。该系统为企业参与碳市场交易、实施节能降碳改造提供了真实、可靠的数据基础。未来，数据库可拓展至碳配额管理、减排项目跟踪等应用，助力热电联产企业向“碳资产运营”数字化升级，提升绿色竞争力。数据集为文本格式。(协议共享)
This database is developed for combined heat and power (CHP) enterprises, and establishes a standardized carbon emission accounting and reporting system centered on on-site measured data. Taking Nanping Sanyuan Thermal Power Company as the application target, the database takes the environmentally approved CEMS flue gas online monitoring system as its core data source, which collects parameters such as flue gas flow and CO₂ concentration in real time, and simultaneously integrates incoming fuel weighing slips, laboratory calorific value analysis reports, and power generation/heating metering data for fuels including coal and biomass. In accordance with the latest national greenhouse gas accounting guidelines, the system realizes automatic data collection, association and accounting via the SCADA system, and generates standardized monthly carbon emission reports covering total emission volume, carbon emission intensity per kilowatt-hour, and emission contribution analysis of various fuels. To ensure the credibility and compliance of the accounting results, all accounting procedures, data sources and output reports have undergone regular verification by authoritative third-party institutions, with corresponding verification records archived. This system provides an authentic and reliable data foundation for enterprises to participate in carbon market trading and implement energy conservation and carbon reduction transformation. In the future, the database can be expanded to applications such as carbon quota management and emission reduction project tracking, helping CHP enterprises to digitally upgrade to "carbon asset operation" and enhance their green competitiveness.
