ChemE-as-Code evaluation data: ammonia case study (fault injection, change propagation and reproducibility)

Scripts, inputs and raw results of the evaluation in "ChemE-as-Code: An Open-Source Platform for Agentic AI in Chemical Engineering" (Sections 5.3 and 5.4; Supporting Information S11 and S12). It contains fault-injection patches and results, held-out faults, reference impact sets written by separate agent sessions, five scripted change-propagation experiments, the log and patch of an agent-driven capacity change, the agent task briefs and reproducibility results. RESULTS.md summarizes the setup and how to rerun the experiments. The engineering files are in the ChemE-as-Code process library, tag nh3-run-final, folder processes/ammonia-1. Windows user names in recorded paths are replaced by USER. No engineer has reviewed the held-out faults or the reference impact sets.
