ToL_Meiofauna_RNA_R_D

In this study we are using model meiofaunal invertebrates such as C. elegans and asexually cultivable Stenostomum flatworm species to test wet-lab protocols in development, which aim to collect long-read, linked-read, HiC, and cDNA reads, for the purposes of genome assembly, scaffolding, and annotation, ideally using materially derived exclusively from single meiofaunal specimens.
