Raw eDNA data for teleo in marine ecosystem (28 samples in port)

Two types of files

1) File containing the sample names, the associated tags and the primers sequences

2) Miseq paired-end sequencing files (12 replicate PCRs per sample, six negative extractions and three PCR controls)
