Data for "Factors shaping vaginal microbiota long-term community dynamics in young adult women"

Data associated with the publication "Factors shaping vaginal microbiota long-term community dynamics in young adult women" generated in the context of the EVOLPROOF ERC project. The data mainly consists in vaginal microbiota profiling (community state types) for 2103 samples collected in 123 women. These microbial profiles are complemented with participant metadata. This consists in one of the longest longitudinal follow-up data set to date with a total of 1,619 months participant follow-up.
