To further understand the downstream mechanism of IL17/IL17R signaling in tumor cells, we performed transcriptome sequencing analysis of 4T1 cells treated with rIL17A Overall design: KEGG analysis showing the top ten pathways predicted using genes changed significantly in LYVE-1+ TAMs between 4T1WT group and 4T1Opn-KO group. All genes were statistically changed (|log2(FC)|>1.2 & Pvalue <0.05).
