A QUANTUM COMPUTING MODEL FOR JOB CANDIDATE SELECTION USING A 4-QUBIT GROVER ALGORITHM
收藏资源简介:
This paper presents a model for finding a suitable job candidate using the 4-qubit Grover algorithm. The model uses four criteria: skill, experience, education, and language. Each criterion is represented by one qubit. First, the four qubits are put into a superposition state using Hadamard gates. Then, the oracle operator marks the state ∣1111⟩, which represents a suitable candidate. After that, the diffusion operator increases the probability of this state. The steps of the quantum circuit and the changes in the qubit states are studied. The result shows that the Grover algorithm can find the suitable candidate state ∣1111⟩ with a high probability. This model shows that quantum computing can be used for candidate selection and decision-making.
