Pathology, transcriptomic, and cell-type data for PrionNetworkModels

Analysis-ready tabular data used with the PrionNetworkModels v1.0.2 code release to reproduce the analyses in the alpha-synuclein spread manuscript. The archive includes striatal and hippocampal PFF pathology observations, connectome matrices, PANGEA regional gene-expression summaries, and connectome-aligned cell-type composition estimates. The striatal pathology data and PANGEA transcriptomic data come from the same previous BioRxiv study (https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.10.22.619411). The hippocampal pathology dataset was generated for the present study. Cell-type composition estimates are derived from the public whole mouse brain cell-type resource described in https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-023-06812-z.
