Paired-end Illumina MiSeq was performed to obtain the full population of partially edited RPS12 and ND7-5'' mRNA in procyclic T. brucei brucei cells (29-13 Lister427) with RNAi''s targeting RNA Editing Mediator Complex (REMC) components. RNAi''s against TbRGG2, MRB8180, MRB8170/4160 and GAP1 (a non-REMC control) were used.
