Syndecan-1 inhibition promotes anti-tumor immune response and facilitates the efficacy of anti-PD1 checkpoint immunotherapy [kdSdc1_scRNAseq]

To illustrate the effects of SDC1 depletion on the tumor immune microenvironment, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis to interrogate phenotypic and functional alterations of immune cells in sdc1-knockdown vs. control tumors. CD45+ population isolated from single cells pooled with six tumors per group were used for scRNA-seq.
