Data Avalability and Tables for "The Study of Innovative Business Models in Taiwan's Beauty Industry: A Systems Thinking Perspective"

This dataset supports the manuscript titled “The Study of Innovative Business Models in Taiwan’s Beauty Industry: A Systems Thinking Perspective”, submitted to the Journal of Small Business Management (JSBM). It contains the full set of qualitative interview summaries, drafts from causal loop modeling, and all coded variables used in developing the systems model. The data was collected from small and medium-sized beauty enterprises in Taiwan and has been anonymized to ensure participant confidentiality. The dataset includes:• Interview summary sheets (n = 45)• Causal loop modeling drafts and feedback iterations• Final coded variables used in the systems model(Note: The finalized Vensim diagram itself is included in the manuscript, not in this dataset.)
