Untargeted Global LC-MS/MS Metabolomics Data for "Metabolic Comparison of Minimally to Non-Invasive Urogenital Sample Types for Studying Gynecologic Health: A Pilot Study"

The attached spreadsheet files contain the original untargeted global LC-MS/MS metabolomics data obtained from Metabolon, Inc. (Morrisville, NC) for the human urine, vaginal swab and cervicovaginal swab samples. Each file has been separated by biospecimen type, and each include the following sections: Data Key &amp; Explanation (Definitions of terms used throughout the dataset), Chemical Annotation, Sample Metadata, Peak Area Data, Batch-Normalized Data, Batch-Normalized Imputed Data, and Log-Transformed Data. The attached zip file contains raw spectral data in .mzML file format.
